In December 2021 I successfully completed 300-hour YTT course with Bodhiyoga International. I loved the school's very considered step by step approach, also referred to as 'Vinyasa krama', in how to teach the main groups of yoga poses as well as the strong emphasis on meditation.
Since January 2022 I have been teaching a couple of small beginners Hatha yoga classes a week locally. I feel very grateful that I can now spend my days practicing, studying and engaging with a tradition that promotes physical health, mind-body harmony and spiritual well-being. These things now lie at the heart of my job description.
Not only does continuing to practice yoga and meditation help me to grow inwardly but, in the process, I am able to share its benefits outwardly and invite others on this important journey of self-care.
